I founded a successful business to develop hospitality real estate with a secondary focus on the sale, purchase, and lease of commercial and residential real estate, including multifamily and retail locations. Leveraging superior relationship management, marketing, and closing skills, I develop sales and partnerships, manage projects, and provide consulting services as primary revenue generators. I managed daily operations, business development, sales and marketing, finances, contract negotiations, customer relations, stakeholder management, and administrative affairs. Additionally, I identify and implement project pipeline and fulfilment. A list of my key contributions include:

• Served as an Owner of AMP Hospital Group DBA under Funds Available in Los Angeles.

• Brokered, partnered, consulted, and coordinated over $130M of commercial real estate transactions.

• Partnered and consulted on development projects with a cumulative net value of $400M, including hospitality and mixed-use focus.

• Sold over $25M in residential and multifamily investment properties throughout Southern California.

• Performed lease and property management, averaging over $1M in leased residential, apartments, retail, and industrial properties.

• Spearheaded projects through all phases, from conceptualization to successful completion, identifying highest and best use, feasibility, and acquisition strategies with successful stakeholder management.

• Provided comprehensive realty services to a variety of high profiles clients, including BLVD Hospitality, Ace Hotel, Sydell Group, Valencia Hotel Group, Soho House, Highgate Holdings, Greenfield Partners, and JR Builders.
